1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers in China.
We offer worldwide shipping, including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Australia, and most other regions.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination:
- Standard RC products (drones, cars, boats): 7–20 business days
- Large items (mini motorcycles, mini ATVs): 15–35 business days
Please note that products containing lithium batteries may require additional handling time due to international shipping regulations.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or during special campaigns. Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
4. Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Yes. Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
5. How long does order processing take?
- Standard products: 1–3 business days
- Large items (mini bikes, mini ATVs): 3–5 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only within a limited time:
- Within 12 hours: Free cancellation or changes
- After 12 hours (before shipment): 30% cancellation fee
- After shipment: 40% cancellation fee applies

All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.
8. Are your products safe to use?
Yes. Our products are designed for recreational use only.

- Drones and RC vehicles must be used responsibly
- Users must follow local laws and regulations
- Improper use may cause damage or injury
Users are responsible for safe operation.
9. Do your products contain batteries? Are they safe to ship?
Yes, many products contain lithium batteries, which are widely used in RC devices.
These are shipped using compliant international logistics channels and are safe when handled properly.
Due to battery regulations, shipping times may occasionally be longer.
10. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We provide a 90-day limited warranty on all products.
It covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional issues under normal use
It does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- Unauthorized modifications
11. What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for:
- Defective products
- Damaged items on arrival
- Wrong items received
All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused.
12. Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only, subject to stock availability.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update.
