This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on gearsget.com (“Site”), operated by EverBridge Trading Ltd.
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our international warehouses located in China.
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard products (e.g., drones, RC cars, RC boats): 1–3 business days
- Large items (e.g., mini motorcycles, mini ATVs): 3–5 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on destination, product type, and shipping method.
Standard RC Products (including lithium battery items)
- United States & Europe: 7–20 business days
- Other regions: 10–25 business days
Large Items (Mini Motorcycles / Mini ATVs)
- United States & Europe: 15–35 business days
- Other regions: 20–45 business days
4. Special Shipping Notice (Lithium Battery Products)
Many of our products (such as drones and RC vehicles) contain lithium batteries, which are classified as sensitive goods for international shipping.
As a result:
- Additional handling and inspection may be required
- Shipping routes may be limited or adjusted
- Delivery times may occasionally be extended
We appreciate your understanding regarding these necessary safety and regulatory measures.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Local carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions or global logistics issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
